By accessing or using esimzee.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
What eSIMzee is
eSIMzee is an independent comparison service. We aggregate publicly available pricing and plan information from third-party eSIM providers so you can compare them in one place. We do not sell eSIMs, SIM cards, or mobile data plans ourselves. When you click "View Deal" or similar links, you are taken to a third-party provider's website to complete your purchase directly with them, under their own terms.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on eSIMzee are affiliate links. If you purchase a plan after clicking through from our Site, we may earn a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. This never affects the price you pay, and it does not influence which plans we display or how we rank or sort them — pricing and ranking are driven by the underlying plan data, not by commission rates.
Accuracy of information
We sync pricing, data allowances, and plan details from providers on a regular schedule and make a good-faith effort to keep listings accurate and current. However, providers can change prices or plan terms at any time without notice to us. Always confirm the final price and terms on the provider's own site before completing a purchase. eSIMzee is not responsible for discrepancies between listed and actual prices, or for the quality, coverage, or performance of any third-party provider's network or eSIM.
User-submitted content
If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any submitted content — including reviews and contact messages — that is spam, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise violates these terms, at our sole discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to scrape it at disruptive volume, interfere with its normal operation, submit false reviews, or circumvent any rate-limiting or security measures (such as Cloudflare Turnstile challenges).
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSIMzee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party provider you transact with after leaving the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which eSIMzee operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
